A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding a new section, designated §47-21-31, relating to allowing the use of credit cards for charitable raffles.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 

ARTICLE 21. CHARITABLE RAFFLES.

 

§47-21-31. Permitting credit cards for charitable raffles.

Credit cards may be used for charitable raffles, in lieu of using cash or debit cards.

 

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to allow the use of credit cards for charitable raffles.
